This sucks. I've had so much back pain recently that I don't know what to do. The worry of it, the pain, the numb elbows entirely steals my concentration and renders my brain useless. (Is renders a word? this spell check seems to wonder...it keeps underlining it) Anyway, for a new year it certainly isn't starting out very well. I took some Advil, used some frozen peas, and now I'm going to try and pretend there is nothing wrong. Lot's to do today, and back to the regular grind tomorrow.
